in actual fact, you don't need to. it was a known issue yesterday, so by right they redo adjustment to any missed amount in bigpay.

communicating to them is just to highlight the issue to the officially.

I just contacted BigPay and they told me I dont need to report too. Missing top up shall be automatically credited to me by manual method by end of tomorrow. rclxms.gif

I received the topup notification at 1:20pm today.
It seems BP has an effective checks and balances mechanism in place. thumbsup.gif

better apply direct via PDF form if you want the card.

if u want gifts, can try RinggitPlus (RP) see if there's any gifts.

Public bank seems to take a long time in getting back for Quantum cards? MBB got me mine in less than 2 weeks. lol

I applied my PBB VS on 24th July 2018
I applied my MBB VS on 30th July 2018

I received my MBB VS yesterday evening (my office counter girl only pass me this morning) biggrin.gif sweat.gif

I called PBB and they said still in processing , win liao

When do you guys usually top up your BigPay to get the weekly cash back? I have read the thread some say Monday 8am, is it true?
