Just curious, is it one shot RM1200 topup or accumulated through multiple topups?

To get be eligible for the flexipay is one shot rm1.2k.

if accumulated all topups, then it'd be balance transfer dy

My new supp card statement date is on 30th of every month. I did an rm 600 online transaction on 29th July thinking to get rm30 cash back before the statement date on July. But i didnt received my July statement until i call CS only know that my 1st statement date will fall on 30th August. So am i still entitle cash back rm30 if i do an online transaction on August? I will get rm30(july) +rm30(august) cash back or just rm 30(max cash back because in a statement)? Anyone experienced this before?

it's by 'Statement', so you will only get max RM30 per statement.

this is a known "issue".

compile the relevant info and email the dispute with PBB CS.

they would credit back the RM30 cashback for the supposed-30 Jul statement <-- reason because it is a partial-statement cycle, pbb doesnt generate the statement. it will wait until next full statement cycle, i.e. 30 Aug.

however, you can dispute it easily to get the cashback for partial-statement cycle.
