QUOTE(cybpsych @ Aug 1 2018, 05:18 PM) estatement email address is the one registered to PBe, not for the card. Eh? estatement email address is not the one filled up in the application form? I applied the supplementary and I put my mobile number and email on wife's details... this should be the way so I can have the estatement sent to me and the securecode sent to me right?call CS and ask them for Update Information Form. fill it in and email back to them. fyi, they no longer accept change request via call. |

QUOTE(wym6977 @ Jul 31 2018, 01:19 PM) I thought GE has online payment now? I havent try but consider cancel off autodebit and switch to manual online payment. I believe it entitle normal online cash back as Prudential did. read question 22 at link belowhttps://www.greateasternlife.com/content/da...nnect%20FAQ.pdf "the card used for initial premium payment is automatically on-boarded for payment of renewal premiums." basically can't manual online payment using cc. and it need sms TAC to confirm the card This post has been edited by cwk88: Aug 1 2018, 09:20 PM |

Hi,Guys,
1) Is it that applying credit card online is to fill up the pop-up form, complete it until key in the security code provided and submit ? 2) How about the supporting docs, how to forward it as I can't find buutoon to attach it. 3) how to it takes to process and issue card? Thanks for any quick reply |

Thanks, didn't even realize there's a way to pay on GE e-Connect until you highlighted, will be cancelling off my auto-debit, will prefer manual payment for more flexibility on BT and cashback cap. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Aug 2 2018, 11:03 AM) nobody knows how it will be imposed, how banks treats the SST, how willing bank to waive, etc. SST is not the same as AF.am sure users will call-in to ask for SST Waiver anyway. nobody want to pay it. They look the same but in fact, it is not the actually the same! There's high possibility that banks won't absorb it like AF. This post has been edited by David83: Aug 2 2018, 11:09 AM |
