You can send email and ask to redirect another sales person to you. I did that previously.
Their CS is kind of stupid sometimes.

OK.. So for my 2nd use of FavePay, I didn't get CB anymore. As per putra23's case, I've saved the credit card details in the FavePay app, thus no OTP requested..

When I first reported FavePay CB earlier, it was my first time registering the PBB card into FavePay, and paying.. I also called up CS to confirm the MCC/PosMode, in which I was informed I will get CB.. I also confirmed the CB in my statement..

So, it seems like to get CB for FavePay, we must not save the credit card number in the app, and have to enter credit card info every time.. Darrenz, could you update the first page for this condition?

I just checked my statement. Taobao purchases are not eligible for Quantum Mastercard Cash Rebate. Anyone is having the same issue? I able to get cash rebate for Lazada Singapore, but not taobao confused.gif .
The transaction description is stated as: ALI*www.taobao.com HANGZHOU CHN YUAN RENMINBIS

Awesome got my cash back amounts as well!
RM50 for VS for both week 2 and week 3.
Made multiples of rm100x10 and managed to get the full rm50.

Hmm I only got week 2, and not the amount I was expecting. Looks like the cashback amount is finishing much faster this time.

Will be calling CS about this later today. I only got RM20 (4xRM100 transactions were done Monday 8th Jan), but my Tuesday and later transactions no cashback.

For the next week I made 4 RM100 swipes on Monday but not credited at all. Something seems wrong there....

Seems weird that allocation is finished on monday itself.

Bros & Sis above can share if you have gotten cashback for spending on tues/wed/thurs?
