Received vs card today. When I want to create pin via pbebank website, PAC code is send to unknown registered mobile number. Call customer service on the spot, he cant explain the reason too. He will report to his boss and will update me nxt Monday. Anyone has the same experience before?

Why suddenly public back custsvc called and ask me for surat pengesahan bayaran ptptn for quantum cc application.i called ptptn and they said not give kind of this letter unless make full/half settlement.any idea how to get this letter.my ccris seems ok saja.
