after RM250 accumulated contactless transaction (irrespective of whether you did it over 1 day or 1 month, etcc) (paywave or samsung pay) card will be blocked for contactless transaction.
do one chip and PIN transaction will unlock another RM250.. lol

2. if cant apply other CC, go and get bigpay prepaid card (refer to its thread for more info)
- reload bigpay prepaid card by using quantum master will give you 5% rebate under onlinecategory, then you may use bigpay prepaid card for petrol. (do be aware of RM200 pre authorization amount)

another alternative is, if you have quantum visa card, you can use it to buy at 1st floor. it gives u 5% rebate under departmental

it was happened in Malaysia time, monday 2AM

I not sure about public bank previous payment processor's (cybersource) timezone


for example, if cybersource timezone is GMT (for example, england time zone), while you did your transaction on malaysia time zone(GMT +8) on monday 2am, it appear as sunday 6pm in cybersource's record.
and cybersource will post the transaction to public bank as sunday transaction


since there is no fine print in PBB T&C regarding time zone, you may try to file dispute.


anyway, this phenomenon may happen again for international payment gateway, including but not limited to Shopee

now the pool may exhaust earlier and earlier, since
1. there is BiGPay there for users to achieve 8x swipes
2. spending amount to achieve RM50 cash back has reduced to RM480 (RM60 x 8), compared to RM1000

previously it was not so easy (or at least take more effort compare to swiping at BiGPay) to achieve 8x swipes

if the second supp card is for a person who doesnt have any PBB principal/supp card, then you eligible for the gift.
same rule applies for 3rd, 4th supp card, etc...

however, there is a catch,
keep in mind that, throughout the whole promo period, you only entitled to one gift only, irrespective of how many supp card u apply during this promo period (bluetooth speaker for this promo)
if you want to get another gift, wait this promo to end first, and then join the new promo (usually PBB will have on going promo with different gifts for supp card acquisition program)


my gifts obtained thru supp card promo were:

- kettle
- xiaomi miband 2

the visa paywave promotion is meant for debit card only, it has nothing to do with Spend now for more cash back campaign


2. for this i think no one can tell for sure as of now. need to try first, then wait and see the results

more questions being asked, more reminder to PBB to cover up such "benefits"
