hello Bosses...i'm seeking help here on inquiring refunds as I've submitted Eform but the website isn't really user-friendly and it did not provide any reference number for follow-up or tracking purpose.

TLDR: I've purchased 2 tickets of Multi destination travel between KL Seoul and Busan but had to cancel this trip due to my wife is pregnant and unfit for travel as per our Obgyn doc advise during her first trimester. I was hoping that any1 here could provide a more direct contact method (email address for example) for better response manner from AA as the flight will commence by March 30th.

Appreciate if anyone could shed some light here sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif

Call one of the AAX Call Centres oversea. Check ur telco plan, see which country's IDD is cheaper. Last time I used Maxis 132 to call the SG Centre. But last I check, no longer available.
Don't call the Malaysia one, premium line no. whack u RM1.95/minute.

Only international flights can claim. Read backwards a few pages, I'm sure you'll come across some info on what you're looking for. Also you can check AirAsia help page for the service fee.

Hello all. Let's say if I arrive at KLIA 2 from another country at 4pm. Then i have to catch another connecting flight at 5.30pm in KLIA 2 as well. If i don't plan to check in my luggage, do I need to exit arrival hall and then enter again?

What u mean don't wan to check in your luggage?

If it's a Fly-Thru service, you bag will be transferred from Point 1 to Point 3 directly.

It's under 2 seperate booking? Then yes, after u finish your first sector flight..U have to collect your baggage, then go out and collect your boarding pass, check in ur second sector flight and go through immigration again. When u checking in for your second flight, of coz u can choose to hand carry it.
