hello Bosses...i'm seeking help here on inquiring refunds as I've submitted Eform but the website isn't really user-friendly and it did not provide any reference number for follow-up or tracking purpose.

TLDR: I've purchased 2 tickets of Multi destination travel between KL Seoul and Busan but had to cancel this trip due to my wife is pregnant and unfit for travel as per our Obgyn doc advise during her first trimester. I was hoping that any1 here could provide a more direct contact method (email address for example) for better response manner from AA as the flight will commence by March 30th.

Appreciate if anyone could shed some light here

Honestly I hate going to the airport early. Normally below 1 hour from time of departure. Web check in and no luggage. Just go thru the screening and fly. But don’t do this during peak season

i can tell you my experience at KLIA2 la..

so far ever since they implemented the rules, i never get blocked by them to weigh at all..but only once..And even that time when they stop me to weigh, they weigh my hand carry luggage only which is <7kg..they never weigh the backpack im carrying..

well if you ask me, of coz try to make sure all your stuffs weigh <7kg la..but if u tried and it still exceed, i think its a risk that worth taking la based on what i observed and experienced so far..unless you want to spend another hundred just to accomodate that extra few kg..

but nothing is guaranteed la ok, there's still a 1-2% of probability that it might happen..

my suggestion to you is, if you really want to take the risk, what you can do is try not to make you look like you are carrying very heavy or bulky bags that attract their attention to stop you la..make yourself look as light as possible..

Hi to all the sifu here. I booked a flight to south Korea and when I first purchased my tix I didn't select the luggage allowance which before checking out to the payment page. Now I check again its at rm102 one way. If I only purchased luggage allowance 4 days before departure will the luggage allowance be more expensive also? Hoping anyone purchase it before can share here.

Hey guys, I asked recently in this forum whether if I can carry 50-60 percent chinese wine in checked in baggage in AirAsia flights to and from China, the answers given by helpful forummers are yes, 1 litre max in the checked in baggage.

Excuse me, I wanted to book a ticket to Japan and I’m not sure if I need to include bin/binti on my flight booking details. Some say no need, some say need (according to friends). I read a case where a passanger had trouble somewhere in middle eastern country where she didn’t put binti in her flight ticket.
