hello Bosses...i'm seeking help here on inquiring refunds as I've submitted Eform but the website isn't really user-friendly and it did not provide any reference number for follow-up or tracking purpose.

TLDR: I've purchased 2 tickets of Multi destination travel between KL Seoul and Busan but had to cancel this trip due to my wife is pregnant and unfit for travel as per our Obgyn doc advise during her first trimester. I was hoping that any1 here could provide a more direct contact method (email address for example) for better response manner from AA as the flight will commence by March 30th.

Appreciate if anyone could shed some light here

tried that before I come here. half an hour waiting, and about 5 minutes of copy pasting by AA Live chat side.....not helpful at all tbh ..... macam kena layan and troll only
