        Any different between buy baggage+air ticket same time or buy air ticket then buy baggage later? I heard some people said baggage price will be much cheaper if buy together with air ticket

If it's a Fly-Thru service, you bag will be transferred from Point 1 to Point 3 directly.

Then yes, after u finish your first sector flight..U have to collect your baggage, then go out and collect your boarding pass, check in ur second sector flight and go through immigration again. When u checking in for your second flight, of coz u can choose to hand carry it.

It's a bit risky la..U only have around 1 hour to get to the second flight as the boarding gate will close earlier than departure time..And since this is not a connecting flight, AA totally don't bear any responsibility.

better hope first flight don't delay, baggage is released fast, and security queue is short.

Will Airasia entertain my request to change the travellers' name?

Our last trip involving Airasia flight was about 3 years ago. We will be going to KK this Friday.

Are we still can do mobile check in and drop off luggage later? If can, how early ideally I must arrive at KLIA2 to comfortably drop my luggage and queue for baggage check? Because I heard AA is stricter this time on baggage size and kg allowance.  My flight is about 5.30PM.

I tried mobile check in and unfortunately my wife can't do mobile check in since she carrying an infant. Should we all check in at counter instead?

edited: I look up and saw that manual counter check-in have a fee of RM10.

as long better legroom than normal seats thn fine for me, i dnt usually recline my seats
why?...because its already sempit, so i dnt like to recline my seat to make others discomfort and i dn't like ppl recline on me to further reduce my already limited legroom

3 hours should be fine. It depends what time your flight also. Sometimes a lot of people, sometimes a lot of counter open too. Generally give yourself 2-3 hours is safe, with some time to makan minum.
There are many check-in kiosk but I prefer to web check in beforehand. So far the few times I've used the kiosk, I didn't have to queue, or maybe just 1 person max in front of me.

Nope. I can say I fly AirAsia to international destination quite often but have never had such experience.
What kind of problem? Just check in at the counter. Could be problem with your browser also sometimes. Reset it then try again and see.
Should be no problem. Sometimes it puts me as male and doesn't allow me to change also. So far no issues as long as name and DOB correct.
From where to where wor? Call AirAsia and see if they can do anything about putting you on an earlier flight?
