Anyone of you encounter the same situation? I happen to have 2 accounts under my name with AA and they are asking for ID for verification. Have you guys ever been asked to provide this POI? I refused to give and asked to terminate all AA membership, as I can just register a new one but they refused to do so. What else can I do if I do not want to provide my IC/passport, but would still like to have this AA membership?
