I have an order place on 28th Nov, but till now still in progress status, not even measure the weight and size. I have contact their online customer services, they always said will inform the warehouse to package my items, it almost a month now but status remain unchange!!! Anyone experienced the same?

Try enable flying mode, connect to WiFi only, then reset the A-GPS, see did it fast or slow?
For me, I don't has Sim card inside, but with just WiFi + open sky/one floor building, I can get it fixed in 7 second.

If you don't get fix in 1 minute, then it means it can be antenna issues which you blocked the signal for your phone, maybe the casing, or maybe the building, or maybe the sky.(yes, the cloud before heavy rain block it)
Or worst case, hardware, but I don't think someone can unlucky to get 2 phone with defective SoC.
