i think he is trolling unless he can prove otherwise... either the card come with RM200 or just normal RM100... dont think a RM100 card will suddenly become RM200 card or "auto topup" another RM100..

the 2nd one also use this way (lazada instant topup). but this 1 failed.

Are you sure it is a SV ? Or it is a refund in form of voucher 😮
If the broken item can be use, then it is ok, maybe can be call as SV. If cannot use, then you received your RM 35 back in form of voucher (assuming there is no further action in refunding process from their side).

Most likely is 2GB capacity, but modified to become 2TB.
