I tried this resetting of A-gps on my note 4 and note 4x. Both didnt work.

. Any other solutions?
Dont know what to do now.
Try enable flying mode, connect to WiFi only, then reset the A-GPS, see did it fast or slow?
For me, I don't has Sim card inside, but with just WiFi + open sky/one floor building, I can get it fixed in 7 second.
If you don't get fix in 1 minute, then it means it can be antenna issues which you blocked the signal for your phone, maybe the casing, or maybe the building, or maybe the sky.(yes, the cloud before heavy rain block it)
Or worst case, hardware, but I don't think someone can unlucky to get 2 phone with defective SoC.
FYI, my one is qualcomm 625, same chipset as redmi note 4/4x which is 625.

lol I thought I'm the only one with "bad" gps on xiaomi device. Not that it's bad per se, it's just worse than my other phone...
Seems like my Mi A1 is slower to get position on GPS than my Honor 5x. No idea why.
Since it still works (although slower than I expected it to), I'm not complaining much.
Hmm, maybe there is something wrong on the qualcomm SoC then, because I also get the same result with my friend's mate 9, quick GPS fix in 3-5 second, cool boot.
Also Samsung, quick fix for using Samsung own SoC.
I guess Huawei is the one who strong in signal area...

your PayPal is USA or Malaysia version?

Malaysia version also can directly paying to USD, just you want Paypal to do the conversion(and you can check the rate, knowing how much you will be paying now), or the bank do the conversion(knowing how much you paid after pay, by checking the balance on your card).
