bought twice from them on lazada..abit slow shipping...but they delivery the item in good condition..even tho my mum house in rural areas in kelantan, they still sent the WM, install it FOC and teach my sister how to use

Iinm for shopee, the included return airway bill which is basically a piece of paper you need to attach to the parcel in case of return/refund and drop it off at courier service. Not sure on Lazada.

Done MBE & pos laju before....
When u fill up the return form via order page u can select which one to use...pos laju, mbe, etc...
Pos laju....if u manage to fill in the return form & print It, u just need to bring couple of copy of the form to pos laju...no need to pack. If u didnā€™t manage to get the form via online, u need to do manual form...this way when u send to pos laju, u need to pay first...lazada will refund the postage fee.
MBE....u need to return via order page, just bring the item to mbe, they will give u the ref no. ....maybe need to wrap as someone highlighted before. In my case i just repack the original packaging.

item ordered on 12/12 2 out of 3 status is shipped but item still nowhere to be seen
already pass the estimated shipping date
really planning to return this order cos can't wait for the item anymore

i checked on the item that i bought, there written discount. start 26th to 31st. i think all most senheng items got discount starting tomorrow
