I dont think lazada have option for replace / exchange item for you.

Ah~ that. Not sure what was the term earlier. I believe it's return/refund. The dropping off step isn't really clear to me. Let's say poslaju, do we bring the parcel, fill out some form and be done with it? I mean like normally people do when poslaju-ing? Fill up form, pay and done?
Iinm for shopee, the included return airway bill which is basically a piece of paper you need to attach to the parcel in case of return/refund and drop it off at courier service. Not sure on Lazada.
