i noticed recently more and more items which was previously under regular lazada has ran out of stock or delisted and somehow reappeared as taobao items.

even the layout of the app as pointed out by my colleagues has turned to promote taobao more, with the loss of the category tabs.

many items with free shipping has also been added shipping charges.

Hey guys wanna ask, have you been offered any sv lately for any issues this past week?

I have a completely broken item on arrival, but they did not offer sv, just ask to return.

Previously they offered sv for issues like that.

I've always made a report to laz about broken items just in case they wanna blame me, with unboxing videos and pictures. But they seem not to ever care. Sometimes they offer sv, sometimes no. But recently it seems no sv despite how fked up the order is.

If they don't offer sv, and if I'm required to return the item anyway, I was thinking of forgoing the calling them part.

But recently amein mentioned that he would await confirmation to return first before sending it in, an another person saying that he is having issues with return.

Normally lazada would ask you to return it, then get refund

Then you can buy new one preferably from another seller.

Ok I haven't experienced any before.

Just wondering because returning heavy items will affect my purchase decision of those heavy appliances.

Maybe it's better to test certain things out to see whether they are working right at the store.
