Dont get me wrong. Im not saying that it is not a good phone.

If you are an ifag, and you have been using an iphone all along and looking for a replacement phone, there are no better choices no? If you are using a plus size iphone right now and would prefer a phone with a larger screen, I would suggest you switch to the Iphone 8+.

The Iphone X is a good phone no doubt. Just like all other flagship phones, it would have its advantages and disadvantages. If I were you, I'd get it now since there are so many good offers around.  nod.gif

Oh... and get the silver one. The white back will easily distinguish it from the rest of the iphone models.  nod.gif

alrite then... thank you for your thoughts... and yes, i'm a 7+ user... by the way, i'm prefer the iPhone X Space Grey one... its ok, i think the back camera already distinguish it from the other iPhone... thumbup.gif

If you are moving from the Iphone 7+, I strongly advise you to go try out the real phone at AASPs around you to see if you could really accept the smaller screen. Other than that, I would say go for it. Oh, I suppose you are using the 128GB 7+, then you would have to go for the 256gb Iphone X.

Hmm went to bed close to 1am with my battery fully charged to 100% and woke up this morning with the battery still at 100% at 8.30. First time ever on the x. Finally see my battery life improving somewhat.

I moved from the 7 plus myself. Personally I don't think I'll ever want to go back to phones that size. I find the x to be perfectly dimensioned and being able to keep my phone in my pants pocket without having funny angles protruding is priceless. I've never missed the home button at all and I find gestures to be very intuitive to use. It's just...different, for lack of a better word but different in a very nice way. For one handed use, the x is just awesome and my hands are not that small to start with. The white version will show scratches more easily on the stainless steel sides but can be polished off. I prefer the grey, as with my 7 plus.

Battery life was better on the 7 plus so far but I'm still monitoring to see if it'll improve on my x. All in all, life is pretty good with the x.

I was like you, an iPhone 7 user too... But because I accidentally smashed my previous phone and it couldn't be turned on anymore, I had to get a replacement and what better new model than the X? cool2.gif

The camera is darn amazing and photo clarity beats any iPhone I've used previously, like this gem I took earlier today! rclxms.gif

Decided to jump into the bandwagon a couple of days ago and bought my iPx online. Lazada app informed that it had been delivered to my house just now. Can't wait to go back home and unbox my new toy biggrin.gif

Congratulations on joining the iPhone X club and you'll certainly enjoy using this cool phone with no more home button... I certainly am, for the past month - even if I've gotta pay over MYR500 a month for a year with this purchase (most expensive gadget I've ever purchased)! laugh.gif

Haha thanks bro! Finally upgrading from my old trusty iPhone 6 (which is still serving me well other than its deteriorating battery). I could only afford to change my phone every 3-4 years.

Been an iPhone user since 2008. My first iPhone was the legendary iPhone edge 2G. Its a gem and I still have it with me. biggrin.gif

I believe there is. But very minimal, as this phone cost you alot, you should have but insurance for it smile.gif But when it is no insurance covered, of course screen protector/casing is the best protector to your expensive phone.

Don't dare to - few days of getting this iPhone X and I already dropped it to the floor... Luckily the glassy screen protector was able to absorb the impact well, even if it has chipped off at the FaceID camera area! laugh.gif

But yeah, I also have insurance for the phone, bought as a package item from Switch... Because when I accidentally destroyed my iPhone 7, I was also headed to Taman Intan in Klang for BKT and decided to check out the iPhone at their AEON Bukit Raja outlet, just across the freeway... thumbup.gif
