May I know for lounge voucher redemption, this can only be done after having a valid MAS flight ticket? This is because even I can redeem GL voucher now, but it cost me 8000 Enrich points. I already can see my card under co-brand and also see the 30% Elite points reduction.

You redeem the voucher when you are present at the lounge - you need to present your credit card, boarding pass and voucher.
GL voucher redemption of 8000 points - any Enrich member can do so provided they have the 8K points to redeem, this is an existing feature as an Enrich member. This is independent of AmBank Enrich cc.

Thanks for reply. But still don't quite get it. For sure I don't want to spend 8000 points to redeem the voucher. But what puzzle me is why can't I see "free" voucher redemption in my account now? You meant I only can see the "free" voucher when I present my credit card and boarding pass in front of the lounge? It can be quite messy right if many ppl doing it this way in front of the lounge and the staff will be quite busy entertaining everyone for the process of redeeming free voucher

Have you checked your MH app for the voucher? (Hint: there's a how-to guide inside as well)
The voucher would be there and you "activate" it when you intend to use it.

The golden lounge voucher from ambank enrich is missing from my app mhprivillege section after i reached enrich gold. It was there before this. Anyone has similiar issue? Also, on the MH App, it still shows the old tier need 60 for gold and 100 for platinum. However on the web browser, it is correct.

app not up to date. they lazy to update app. if i am not mistaken, gold can access lounge without voucher

Hehe..i intended to enter with wife and parents. Using both gold and ambank enrich infinite quota, total 4 pax.

Maybe Ambank enrich = enrich gold lounge access, so only 2 ppl max if the cardholder and enrich member is same person.

you need to redeem the voucher inside apps, you can't enter by just showing the cc
if you reach gold status you are unable to redeem the voucher anymore

In another word, this card not so useful to enter lounge when hit elite gold status

ya that's why i didnt bother to waste time apply for one year usage then the rate is not the best for local spend

Unless one is frequent flyer or else this card is quite useless, and once it starts to collect annual fee in 2nd year then will starts to see those who barely take flight cancel their card.

The domestic golden lounge is a fish market nowadays like PPL. Don't know if it's due to the ambank card, but it's also relatively easy to qualify for gold status nowadays. Really unpleasant nowadays, can't even find seats.

Increase MAS domestic flight fare price then sure less people use the lounge, but then it will get complain by local and blame minister not doing job
I believe international lounge suppose less people compare to domestic one.

The satellite lounge can be busy too, but because it's such a HUGE place, you don't feel crowded. The regional lounge is usually quieter except for the mornings when the peak departures occur.

Don't get blinded by the status just because you fly twice a year to < 4 hours zones
