I access to PPL on 2-Nov 2017, and only got to know that they have revised the T&C on Jan-2018. By then I have already missed the window to spend RM500 for waiver. Waited for 2 months and nothing been charged, but check my Feb statement and now they charged me for the access.
Call the CS to request for waiver. But seems like the chance is slim. Anyone got similar experience?

Need advice, I have apply CC with ambank and initially i opt for master platinum. During the application the customer service call me ask whether want to change it to TRUE visa with CB and lower int. So I said OK and I assume it will cancel my request for master platinum but in the end I received both cards.. both i have check zero annual fees. Question should I maintain both? What do u think..

I think all card holder that entitle to access PPL using Ambank card has received SMS regarding the revise of t&c to enter lounge at the end of october
Maybe you missed the sms? Hope you will able to get your waiver . If they reject try to do appeal .

Does anyone have problems with the gained Bonuslink points with Ambank Bonuslink credit card?

I have problem with the calculations for my Feb and March 2018 statements.

Feb Spending
Shell - RM20.00
Starbucks - RM28.60
Parkson - RM122.00
Gained BL points : 156
Should gain 480 points?

March Spending
Shell - RM150.00
Parkson - RM333.5
Gained BL points : 99
Should gain 1440 points?

Called CS but couldn't get an exact explanation on this. But he will check with the related department and get back to me soon.

The BonusLink point crediting schema is rather confusing Always cannot get exact points based on spending pattern. I can see the points credited into BonusLink account on credit card statement date, I assume the period for the points are based on the statement period? Or is it based on calendar month?

Yes their system always have problem. they always credit the 1x point 1st.
The 9x point only credited a month later. Or sometime need to appeal
I sent few email to complain them about the point thingy.

No wonder the points rewarded not tally at all every month. Sometimes spend more but get lesser points, sometimes get more but spend less

Hi! I hold the Visa Signature and Platinum Mastercard. Would anyone happen to have experience whether monthly insurance premiums charged to Ambank credit cards via direct debit count towards the RM500 needed for free lounge access?

I called Ambank CS and they said it "should" count but they didn't sound 100% sure (odd but there you go) so it would be nice to get some confirmation from someone who knows for sure. If that is indeed the case, it would be excellent since then I don't need to keep track of spending the requisite amount after each lounge access.
