Does anyone have problems with the gained Bonuslink points with Ambank Bonuslink credit card?

I have problem with the calculations for my Feb and March 2018 statements.

Feb Spending
Shell - RM20.00
Starbucks - RM28.60
Parkson - RM122.00
Gained BL points : 156
Should gain 480 points?

March Spending
Shell - RM150.00
Parkson - RM333.5
Gained BL points : 99
Should gain 1440 points?

Called CS but couldn't get an exact explanation on this. But he will check with the related department and get back to me soon.

It is for collecting BL points only. The BL points will be transferred to your BonusLink account.
