Just saw the info about the revised PPL access on 1-Nov 2017.
I have used the card to access the PPL on 2-Nov 2017, both principal and 1 sup card. Was not aware about it and have not met the RM500 spending criteria. I have just check through my bill on 28-Nov and 28-Dec. No charges incurred due to the PPL access. Any idea when is the charge period or exception in this case? |

 I access to PPL on 2-Nov 2017, and only got to know that they have revised the T&C on Jan-2018. By then I have already missed the window to spend RM500 for waiver. Waited for 2 months and nothing been charged, but check my Feb statement and now they charged me for the access. Call the CS to request for waiver. But seems like the chance is slim. Anyone got similar experience? |
