Basically downgrading the Signature Priority Banking Cards to restrictions if your "AUM" is not high enough....

In addition, "Supplementary Cardholders must be a qualified AmBank SIGNATURE Priority
Banking customer" suggest your supps must be SPB members too.....

Don't know why they do this, the last 1.5 years they have spent nothing on Lounges as nobody travels.

noticed that True already started with cashback given on the 15th for a month or two, except for this month. didnt bother much with when they give the cashback, but more interested to know what is no longer entitled for cashback.

my concern is not when the cashback is given, is how to calculate the cashback.

need to plan when to spend.

If 1st to 14th Nov then 15th Nov to 14th Dec so total 30+30 cashback?

back to basics - follow calendar month. ideally is spend after statement date.
