I ask them is that considered as online, they said yes. I ask further for the MCC code and I said is that right not in the exclusion list, they said yes. conclusion is your problem right?

Lastly I ask, which part of the tnc mentioned motto not entitle for cash back? End up, they open a case and said will adjust for me but I haven receive the adjustment.

Done. Received. The RM15 is the adjustment cos I only received RM15 in July for June spending.

noticed that True already started with cashback given on the 15th for a month or two, except for this month. didnt bother much with when they give the cashback, but more interested to know what is no longer entitled for cashback.

Follows calendar month. I'm not sure if they follow Transaction Time or Posting Time, so best is get it posted latest on Nov 30.
