QUOTE(LExus65 @ May 28 2007, 05:05 PM) yo guys any idea actaully the system temperature indicated by smart guardian ? it seems mine is shooting above 55C and triggering the alarm................ Same temps here. Even when the air conditioning is turned on. It hovers at 55-56. Starts from idle at 35. I think it's a comination of bad ventilation and the sensor placement. I just configured SG to give out alarms at 60/65c.any suggestion to cool it down ? i'm on stock speed with HR-01, rely on rear casing fan for ventilation only........ |

I found the SB chipset temperature a bit high. Around 44 to 46. And Smart Guardian always giving me warning.
Mind to advise any cooler that suite this motherboard layout? What about this one? http://www.modernopc.com/store/index.php?m...products_id=235 |

Great mobo!! faster than my previous mb's (ds3, ds4, aw9d-max & infinity 975x). Here's my result with e6600, 8800gts 320mb, value memory (promos chip), aircooling (zalman 9500cu on cpu, stock hsf on vga) :

Any vcore above 1.4v will make CPU-Z unable to detect properly. Its a bug.

Only 650i and 680i chipset can let you do unlinked settings. |
