anyone know how to change streamyx PPPoe password , the xxx@streamyx login.
THe online chat CS told me it is not changeable, and they reset to a generic pwd which everybody is the same , what a rubbish !!!

surely can. make sure you know the setting in your modem. do exactly in tplink. tplink d2, d20, d5, d7

Call 100 to change. Tell them your preferred password, else they will just reset to generic.

However for your package , internet is currently RM 58 plus with unifi play tv pack which is RM 30 = RM 88 . There is no changes on your price package as the internet is already RM 58 which is already lower than RM 69

I had an open MCMC report about Umobile they didn't refund(upfront payment) me after 3months of wait since I terminated my line in 10days after signup
I call/email they keep say 7workin days, after that, 5-6weeks then end of Feb 2020? ??
I can't take it anymore it's my right to have my money back. MCMC legit look like they can't do shit at all, they just let telco fly whatever they want.

Do you know how can I get my money back? If go court it's not worth the time/money it's less than RM90 so not sure what to do

do u using unifi tv pack? if not just demand to cancel it, ur price will become RM58. if they refuse to do so.
lodge report to MCMC, this is wad i did last time to reduce my package from 88 to 69..
anyway they also cancel the hypptv service from my package.

Really? I also asked them many times last year, they refuse to terminate the tv, they said is bundle with the package.

Not sure if Unifi can report to MCMC too? If I don't want the Unifi TV pack. I was requested from TM last time to cancel my Unifi TV plan, they refuse to cancel. So I was requested them to change plan from Aneka to Ruby without reduce or increase price. They immediately to add me 1 year contract. But nvm lah, its about last year case. My contract will due soon already, no more contract already. I hope to try to report to MCMC if this cancellation of Unifi TV is working for Unifi too?

u can report anything regarding to the service to MCMC, service provider will action immediately
i do rmb, tm call me on the next day, informed me they will cancel the hyyptv package and adjust the price to 69..

Ask CS after seeing your post, they agreed to cancel. I paid for that for 3 years. IDK why TM do that in purpose and no action been take by MCMC for years. If my area have fiber, I will gladly swap to maxis.
