recently I encountered a problem, DSL and internet light on my modem, but unable to browse, I thot that was wifi problem, then I connect it using lan cable, also cannot browse, anybody have idea about this issue? call 100, they said no problem to my port also.

just get free upgrade from 4mbps to 8mbps, new 8mbps user reported in.
