Having often disconnection since yesterday night. Up time 10-15 minutes then die for 1-2 minute. Here is the figure.

Any idea is on my side or TM side? Connection refresh, port reset also no use. Will it be modem problem? Since I used for 2+ years 24/7.

First, the Streamyx pricing. Second, unifi coverage. Around 1 year ago I went to nearest TM Point to check for unifi availability for my parent's house, the officer responded say they already submitted the request for unifi expansion for my taman. Since then every 2-3 month I will live chat with TM to check for unifi availability again, sadly it is still not available until as of now. I feel unfair that my parent is paying RM140 for 8Mbps, it is expensive compare to unifi pricing.

same goes for me. want to terminate @ downgrade since the price is killing me RM160 for 8mbps. then they offer new price around RM106 @ 12 month. fair for me. but need to come back and chase them after 12 month. gg
