Should I still wait for streamyx upgrade or go to TM point and ask for the upgrade?

I know my area has Unifi for a very long time already..

Adoi I'm in Penang and still stuck with Streamyx cos no Unifi in my area. Will complain at the link. It's ridiculous !

My area has Unifi lite 10Mbps but tm only upgrade my streamyx from 4 to 8Mbps.

YOu got upgrade automatically? Or you went to TM point to ask for upgrade?

Payment maintain the same for a year, then will increase based on 8mb package?

Hello, anyone here? Since my internet got problem, I reported to them, they came to fixed the next day but the problem is they capped my speed to only 80% as promise. Normally I would get download speed at maximum of 1mbps but now I only get 700-900kbps. What can I do to get back the speed?

first, try restart your router. if fail, make report , ask them to reset your port.

i also got the upgrade from 4M to 8M on Nov
saw that is an extra Aneka Plus Pack which costs RM30 my latest bill, however but the final bill still remain as old price , RM120
i thought that I can unsubrcribe the RM30 TV package to bring down the final bill to RM90 but it is just impossible
the CS said it is a compulsory subscription and he disconnectted the chat session when i question further

any good god trick that i can do now , SKMM MCMC ?
if can remove it then i jus need to pay rm90 monthly
unifi fiber is an impossible upgrade in my kpg area, sad case

Get upgraded to 8mb in my kampung. Paying RM88. Hopefully they will pull in fiber ASAP.

My contract ended this month, the promo price revert back to RM170 for 8m. Went to tm point requested to cancel streamyx, then they offered me RM 99 per month with new 24 month contract. Waiting for the next bill to see if I am really going to pay 99 for 8m.
- But the package name showing on my dashboard is now "Stx 8.0M SAVE 2018"

me also get upgraded from 4mb rm88 to 8mb rm88. so retarded for them to do this since najis poll campaign launched 2X speed same price in 2017.

but after new gov and latest pressure from GObin, what TM website stated is Streamyx users Free upgrade to Unifi. that is not happening yet

ask them amend your dsl line cap to something like 1400kbps

I'm one of the unlucky guys whose home not served by fiber .

So I got upgraded to 8 Mbps package, but unfortunately my line was changed from fast path to interleaved again. What's a good DSL stats? I noticed my stats seem "worsen"?
