If you are using the current 8mbps, likely you're stuck there. Unless there is Unifi Lite supported at you place.

Try to contact them if they already have the 8mbps at your place. 4mbps should get double the speed to 8mbps.

really boring using streamyx, that upload speed...

has anyone encountered a problem where tm refuse to upgrade package to 8mbps citing infrastructure limitations despite my service address supporting up to 8mbps packages according to tm's own coverage checker as well as resellers?

I submitted a termination request so that i can hope for customet retention team to handle the request instead, but almost immediately after submitting the request (abt 1 min) tm quickly changed my address from port available to no port available... so fishy...

its not like i want a free upgrade, i pay rm160 oso no prob cos its for work....

I got counteroffered 24mth discount to 8mbos package for rm89/mth a few months ago haha (with stb)

Subscribe 8mb but now speed can only go up to 2mb , reset router many times d , still not working. Nobody hogging wifi also. How guys. Anyone can help please. ..

Look at the Unifi AIR , i already know these package is not for bt p2p user.

wireless transfer heavy data like p2p , I think just forget about this package.

Fiber cable still the best way to go.
