why does TM keep on telling me my line does not support 8mb.

My 8M was 10M DL and 500~600K UL...
but download big website, can reach 1M/s... still waiting Unifi lite or better....no news at all...years already lol |

For the past years, I always get call for TM agents askingme to upgrade my Streamyx plan to Unifi or faster plan.. what is the catch here? As I always ignore their call..

currenly using cisco brand ( put at 2nd floor hall ) strong network only at the hall itself once going downstair , able to get 2 bar only |
