want to check with you all, my streamyx 8mbps very not stable, the line very slow everyday, suddenly disconnected - wait awhile then can browse the internet again, is it modem issue? And can make complain?

If change the modem, can fix the issue?
Which modem is good and stable for streamyx 8mbps?

I do noticed that streamyx public IP getting assigned to an existing user IP, meaning IP conflict.
This is where the slowness comes in, ping to the conflict public IP will have loss packets and high ping.
After turn off modem router while keep pinging the IP, the ping rate back to normal with no packet loss, this is how I discovered there is IP conflict.
Why would TM do this, by assigning IP to another IP which is already in use? Are they running out of IPv4 addresses for streamyx?

So i unsubscribe to the plan and opt out to Digi Infinite 150.

Even though have to buy new modem, RM500 and the plan, RM300 (2 months payment), it is worth it.

Just upgrade to streamyx 8M this week with Rm149 per month. Feel rugi because unif 10M only RM129. But no unifi in my area. Recently, buy jail break version xiaomi 4 TV box but regret d because dun have much National Geographic channel. Feel like to sell it for RM340. I bought at RM367.
