Hi, i just bought DIR 882 for unifi turbo 500Mbs. Currently i stay at double storey house. Can i know suggested repeater for me to buy to extend my wifi coverage in mode 5Ghz. Thank you.

I buy DIR 882 and finish setup for unifi. Result of my speedtest on mode 5Ghz around 300Mbps (ok for me). After firmware update, i found that speedtest result on mode 5Ghz only not more than 70Mbps.

Because of that, i decided to restore to factory setting, i have can't setting for VLAN. Can anyone help me how to solve this problem. I also try to downgrade firmware but failed.

Problem solved when i try using other browser.

Current situation:
1. Wifi on mode 5Ghz can archive around 300Mbps.
2. LAN connection only result below 70Mbps. Before this i'm able to get speed around 500Mbps using old router from unifi (DIR 850). Anyone can help me?

Question for those that are owning the DIR-882. Are you guys able to get the schedule to function properly? The unit my friend is using does not seem to work when all the rules are set correctly, the WiFi still stays on.

got my DIR 882 from TIME. But it seems like the wireless connection keep disconnected every 15 to 20 min. Its annoying even though it auto reconnects back. Please advice is it anything to do with the firmware? Current firmware is 3.5.8TT. Please advice

I just bought Dlink DR825+ and set it up with Unifi. I am experiencing frequent disconnection issue where Unifi connection will drop after ~10 minutes. Then I am not able to connect again unless I reboot the router or modem. It will then re-connect before disconnecting after 10 mins or so.

It is not Unifi/modem issue as my connection is fine with my old router.

Wifi and LAN both working fine. I suspect it is setting issue.

I am following the guide from the link below for setup. Is there anything extra need to be done?

New D-Link DIR-868L reporting in.

I believe this is an underrated router bcoz it's old and tabung-shaped similar to its ugly sister DIR-850L, but it's the cheapest AC1750 router today. Even cheaper than Tenda AC15 (AC1900) with nearly similar performance. Limited units though.

I didn't setup it as a router (already using TP-Link C1200 for that), only as wired AP to cover ground floor.

have you got problem only “Connected client: 48” than mean only 48 device can connect. more than will cannot get DHCP ip and can't internet

Just adjust the DHCP scope to be wider. Anyway, if you have more than 48 clients, time to get a new better router.

hi, i just got a DIR882 this morning, after setting up with my Unifi , i find that it reboots itself every now and then, sometimes about half an hour , sometimes an hour or 2. so i upgraded its firmware to the latest, still happening. tried other stuffs such as disabling the smart connect, doesn't help either.
anything else i can do? other than waiting for the d-link support to reply my email, that is.
