do you know something? they need to pay only rm300k, even before construction started : the properties were estimated to be around rm460k, once completed: should match surrounding area to be around rm750-850k.

That was the cost for construction : RM460k.

Need to confirm actual figures with Parkcity developers .

Thanks for your advise. What is market price for rent? Let say this PPAM Mercu Jalil completed in 2021.

Sorry bro, don't know exactly. I am not a property agent.

You should be able to get around rm250-400 extra than your monthly installment in year 2021 (provided you have taken LPPSA loan 4% profit rate or you get a low bank profit rate loan like 4.1% from Public bank for 35 years).

you cannot rent the property to foreigners.
get professional tenants or government servants whom will pay on time monthly.

PPA1M Bayu Andaman now reopen once again: http://www.ppam.gov.my/project/ZaM4tNRge9rPxnERa
Seems like not able to attract applicants.
Guess even after VP completed also will still reopen yet another time to receive applications.

Budget 300k better buy skyawani 4 even 800sqft? I go to the project site, the surround areas not that good and not up to the standard. No wonder reopen again and again.

Selindung @ Ulu Yam Bharu has had some site progress in the last few weeks. Land for the township cleared, perimeter hoarding is up, you can see the sales gallery being constructed. The show units should be ready this month.

1.5 storey starts at RM192k. 2 storey starts at RM250k.

i hear if use gov loan, once u resign before retire,

lppsa will charge original market value to buyer not the same low price offered to buyers..

is it true for this kind of affordable housing
