Pihak kami ingin memaklumkan terdapat kelewatan di dalam sesi cabutan unit Projek PPAM di sebabkan masalah teknikal di tapak yang tidak di jangkakan. Hasil pemeriksaan mendapati terdapat kabel dan paip utiliti bawah tanah yang merentangi tapak pembangunan. Pada masa ini, pihak kami sedang berurusan dengan pihak Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) dan Agensi-agensi Teknikal yang berkaitan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini dan kami optimistik masalah teknikal ini akan di selesaikan dalam sedikit masa lagi.
Kerja-kerja Pembinaan akan di mulakan selepas masalah teknikal di atas di selesaikan. Seterusnya, pihak kami akan menjemput kesemua pembeli untuk sesi cabutan unit.
Pihak kami akan mengemaskini maklumat berhubung perkara di atas dari masa ke semasa melalui Sistem Pesanan Ringkas (SMS) dan emel (customercare@dmialand.com) .
Kerjamasa pihak tuan/puan berhubung perkara di atas amat kami hargai.dan kelewatan yang berlaku amat dikesali.

Got an offer for PPAM Bayu Andaman, now is 50 - 50 donno wanna proceed or not, done the balloting already, got the 2nd highest level, any advice guys? Should i proceed? Oh and its Bumi lot also..

Is a near completed project. You can go to the site and visit yourself. See for yourself. Then decide whether is worth it or not.

The location is good for me, less than 5km from my parents, 10km from my office, the design is not that bad IMHO, the only drawback is i get the 2nd highest level and PPR just beside the condo (and maybe Highway too), but for the price 1000sqft/rm300k new house, i dont think there's any better deal, or is there?

I got tawaran for PPAM Bayu Andaman before, but rejects it because the price is quite high for my salary. At that time I didn't know that I can change the ownership to my husband. Now that Bayu Andaman is opening again, is it possible for my husband to apply for it even after I already reject it once?

I interested with Bayu Andaman. Maybe this is the last PPAM project around KL areas? But looking at the finish product, seems very bad?

What do you guys think?

Rm300k loan would only cost you rm 1350 monthly installment. In comparison with the rm200k which would set you back rm900/month.
You would benefit more by paying the extra rm450/month, you could cut down on your car or do an extra job for one year until you get salary increase. Think about it. You only need to start paying 1 month before getting the keys.

Bro if ur salary is below 4.3k can apply for Affordable Home B40, 3.5% fixed interest and can until 40 years.

Rm1300++ is totally high for me all alone. Thats the reason i dont go for this project.
