PPAM Residensi Bayu Andaman. Almost VP, they doing the final touch-up now.
I turn the video to a little bit dark feel coz I only take the footage for 30 minutes, then suddenly raining and thunderstorm.

I just back from the PPAM Setapak project site, it's just 2km away from bayu andaman. seems like bayu andaman better coz got pool.
I don't think this project will be finish in September 2022. It's just clear land, pilling not even started.
