Dengan hormatnya aduan tuan, rujukan KPKT/EMEL/2018/NOVEMBER/26 (2) berhubung perkara di atas adalah dirujuk.
2. Untuk makluman tuan, projek PPAM Brickfields akan diteruskan. Urusan berkenaan tanah telah dikemukakan semula untuk kelulusan pihak pentadbir tanah Wilayah Persekutuan. Setelah selesai urusan ini, pihak pemaju perlu mendapatkan Lesen Pemajuan dan Perumahan (APDL) daripada pihak KPKT. Seterusnya urusan menandatangani perjanjian Jual dan Beli di antara pihak pemaju dan pembeli dijangka akan dilaksanakan pada April 2019.
