I wonder if the extra car park fees can be parked under house loan...? If can then it's a definite must to buy. Can rent out to other people as well tongue.gif

Not sure how about the mechanics of PPA1M financing. Also if I read correctly it's only 2% down payment not 10%

Not many people will have 30k+++ cash saved away to pay the downpayment though. Especially those who already have 1 property. i may be wrong. Later they withdraw from EPF laugh.gif

From the website i Read you have to pay 2% first and then the rest 8% in 2 months

Government loan gives you 100% loan wor. Which bank in the world would do that? laugh.gif have to bear with it and make sure you have enough funding first before buying the house lor.

on the PPA1M website they have their calculator.
