Is this your first time change the options?.. The confirmation question is a bit tricky.. Maybe you press the wrong answer..

It's about time for renewal. But normally won't happen like this.

I have log first ticket in the morning. But in the evening, around 5pm I cannot wait any longer and log 20 ticket and then degenerate into foul language.

I remember last time fuzzy reply within 2~3 hours.

Time to port out. Ookyo sucks.

Anyone have a guide how to use facebook app for browsing? Someone mentioned can just paste the link you want to go to in there, but when I do that I am not able to open the link. Must post a private message on my wall?

I lost my unlimited call add on. I did not know I lost my unlimited call until all credit gone on 18th. Who is going to check credit when got unlimited call.

I lodge complain on FB.
The customer service said they refund RM6 on 17th of Jun, mean I used up all RM6 on calling on 18th of Jun. So not their responsibilities.

Your system fault causing my credit gone is my own responsibility.

Not saying it's your fault (definitely its ookyo system problem) but after every call my phone will come out USSD2 message showing how much credit used up. When I'm on unlimited it shows 99,999 minutes or something like that, but when I forget to purchase it will show the actual amount of credit I have left, so after one call I will know something is up.

They reply to all my messages after 1 day.

Means ookyo need to wait 1 day if you have problem

using vpn to enable unlimited is already the flaw i expected, once vpn server down, there goes your unlimited power, and gone with the quota.

Yeahh, 3gb gone just like that coz cant connect to vpn. The app doesn't inform u as well.

Your phone should have an icon showing VPN enabled. If there's any issue that icon will disappear.

It says disconnected. Depends on system, I'm using MIUI so it looks different on mine (it's a key in the notification bar).
