Hi any of your unlimited add on plans suddenly missing ? My unlimited call plan which was renewed last week went missing in the add on section suddenly. And to my surprise, making calls deducted my credit.

Stupid Ookyo keep giving me the missing base plan issue on the last active day of my monthly data plan, and the stupid CS never respond on time and have to waste my remaining data quota and the hassle of cannot surf the net and use other apps beside the 4 chosen unlimited apps, already lodge MCMC report for this.

Hi fellow Ookyo users, is anybody kind enough to share me a ringgit of top up urgently? I had topped up an amount a few days ago but apparently the amount is still not reflected in my wallet. Ookyo customer support isn't helping at all until today, and I'm in need of a little credit for urgent use. None of my friends are using Ookyo, so anybody please lend me a hand?😞

Do raise a support ticket to demand for compensation due to missing base plan and not getting prompt response after filed to customer support.
For my case I get RM6 credit as waiver.
Anyway my MCMC report not getting process yet.

I decided to port out, but I left 10 cent in my wallet, cannot reply sms to port out, because each sms cost 15 cent, so I have to top up RM 5, but after successfully top up, the credit is not updated into my wallet, contacted support, very very slow to reply. Can someone send me credit Rm 1? I can transfer the money to you.
