Just ported to Hotlink. If I port to Ookyo now, how long it take? Saturday and Sunday ?

I lost my unlimited call add on. I did not know I lost my unlimited call until all credit gone on 18th. Who is going to check credit when got unlimited call.
I lodge complain on FB. The customer service said they refund RM6 on 17th of Jun, mean I used up all RM6 on calling on 18th of Jun. So not their responsibilities.
