Ask the ookyo support in app about this ?

I've been using ookyo since it launch... already kena 1 time during the starting phase...
Now after month/year, lately every fcking month will missing base plan... Today is missing base plan day

Time to report to mcmc..

I would support but.... didn't happen to me just renew yesterday, didn't lose base plan at all.

Mine renewed yesterday, unlimited call not disappeared
Last month my add-on disappeared after plan renewal, hit up Fuzzy and got full refund RM6

Mine last month first time. Today is 2nd time. Means it's monthly thing.

But I use Facebook to online

They close my comment laced with f**k without fixing the problem.

Happened to me twice in a roll (June & July), customer support refuse to make any compensation this time. Their customer service try to cheat MCMC by saying they will solve the issue and dare to close the ticket without resolution.

I immediately reopen again and attached with new evidence on base plan missing after they closed the ticket, I am accumulating those evidence on my existing ticket and will directly call MCMC to highlight if still have recurrence.

Me: Can I use my ookyo wallet credits instead use online bank buy data? Coz I want port in a number from hotlink with huge amount credit.

Ookyo: Hi there. Kindly be informed that for renewal, you will need to make payment using online banking or credit/debit card. You may purchase from Google Play Store or passes using your wallet credit. TQ-Nasrul

Me: When I mnp from hotlink to ookyo must got credit bring forward. What can I do with this credit? Can't buy data or passes? Btw, how can check my grace period? Like hotlink can dial *122# to check balance. Tq.

Ookyo: You can check the validity via ookyo app, under HQ.
As for your credit, IF the amount stays the same after you change from Hotlink to ookyo, you can use it to buy add-on data.

Ookyo:Renewal can only be done via ookyo apps. 
Topup can only be done via ookyo apps and boost apps.
Kindly do not purchase 7-11 topup ticket to topup and renewal.

I still don't get it. I top up via 7-11 maxis top up ticket by using ookyo app so I got these amount but ookyo app seem don't let me activated but only e banking or credit card. Google credit only can use for buy apps? Can buy ookyo data passes?

Ookyo is a hybrid plan..means it is half prepaid..half postpaid..

Postpaid is on the renewal..pay RM31.80 via online banking or Credit card..
Prepaid is on the add on..either to pay for unlimited call..or buy the 5th unlimited apps..

Haha. Your explanations clear enough than them much a lot more. So those who don't have online bank acc or c.card can't use this Telco lah.. then how about Google credit? Only can use for buy apps?

Not necessary..still can use friends or relatives online banking or CC to pay for it..not necessary owner of number..

Google credit can only be use to buy diamonds in MLBB..buy apps in Google Play..buy books in Googles Books etc..

Half year use already accumulate about RM40 in google credits..can use to renew or buys apps in Play Store..

sorry to ask, heard from the industry insider, is ookyo will be closing down and the users will be migrate to hotlink or any other plans?

Finally quit ookyo after 6 months...can't stand those Cs, auto renewal problem, after renew no base plan etc

Went to maxis one prime instantly upon telling them to switch plan at maxis centre
