Anyone having the same problem with me?
Ookyo has already send me a new sim card for me to activate it. But there is no activation button in my profile page (therefore I can't activate it myself).
The status for the sim card is still in transit while in fact they have already delivered to me.

For now I've raised a ticket and they told me rectification is in process

i lost my sim card and now i also can't get the replacement due to their "system upgrade maintenance". they don't know when system upgrade will be done, I'm going to move out after i got my sim card replaced, the support & system is horrible.

It will not be used to fund for a new registration For a new registration I'll need to pay again

At first they sent me the red-pink card. It could not be activated no matter what. After complaining, they sent me a new card blue in color, activated it, it was done immediately. Now waiting for the useless u mobile to release my number port out to ookyo... I really hate u mobile
