Still under maintenance? I want to port my number but can't sign up.

Anyone having the same problem with me?

Ookyo has already send me a new sim card for me to activate it. But there is no activation button in my profile page (therefore I can't activate it myself).

The status for the sim card is still in transit while in fact they have already delivered to me.

I've sent them a ticket and informing them that I will be sending a complaint to MCMC if there is no feedback from them. It seems that this is affecting due to the recent system upgrade that was performed by ookyo. They told me to register again via the website and that previous transaction will be refunded. But I've already decided to go to other telco due to the bad services provided by ookyo.

As long as they refund me back my money I won't further complain to MCMC but just to let you know on how bad their services is.

Nope the initial payment will be refunded back to my bank account. It will not be used to fund for a new registration
