2.1. The Ookyo Plan is a prepaid product. It consists of one (1) All Access Pack,
3GB of mobile internet data and 500MB of Free Basic Internet.

Macam macam la... first they merge all the telcos... kill off all the small telcos making a huge profit..

Now suddenly macam macam telcos spring out of the woodwork... yoodo la red one la... tune talk la... triton (so some tron cant freaking remember) and now ookyo wtf? Nonsense la....

Before there were those other small onez adam emartel etc... then all merge to maxis celcom digi only... then auddenly now like muahroom sprout out agajn

I agree. I have ported out of u mobile... already replied YES to their message, now 3 days still haven't release my line to ookyo...

Yes. At first they sent me the red-pink card. It could not be activated no matter what. After complaining, they sent me a new card blue in color, activated it, it was done immediately.

Now waiting for the useless u mobile to release my number port out to ookyo...

I really hate u mobile

Bro, refer my earlier post picture. The plan u mentioned is hotlink postpaid flex (5gb internet + 3gb youtube, unlimited call & sms)
Hotlink red is RM45 (ookyo member is RM30 for 12 months) for 8gb internet + choose out of these 3 packages - Social (fb, twitter, snapchat, insta) OR Chat (whatsapp, line, wechat, QQ) OR Video (astro go, youtube, iflix)

The feature rm30 offer is not in the Hotlink Red app. You have to dial *811# on the 20th Fenruary to purchase the (rm45) social pass at rm30.

On the 22'after the transfer from ookyo to hotlink red, I used the hotlink red app and called the customer service as there was no rm30 offer in the app.

So the customer service officer told me the Rm30 ookyo previous customer offer is not on the app and you have to dial the number *811# to purcjase this offer after 20'/2/2020

Should be, wait till february 20th and dial the star code.

If not, then call hotlink customer service to confirm this
