Same issue here, tried activating it but it says "activation in progress and may take a few minutes". Minutes became hours, hours became days. Till now still not activated. For now I've raised a ticket and they told me rectification is in process

Hmm if you register again doesn't it mean that you initial payment was refunded to fund your new registration? So actually even if you switch to other telcos you don't get your money back?
