Ookyo has already send me a new sim card for me to activate it. But there is no activation button in my profile page (therefore I can't activate it myself).

Same issue here, tried activating it but it says "activation in progress and may take a few minutes". Minutes became hours, hours became days. Till now still not activated. For now I've raised a ticket and they told me rectification is in processOokyo has already send me a new sim card for me to activate it.
