You can always MEPS IBG / IBFT Card Payment to your Public Bank card account from other bank's deposit account. A deposit account (Current/Savings) at PB is not needed.

why not just use shopee since that is confirmed you will get cashback already?

You can use basic saving account to pay your pbb credit card..you also can use the basic saving account to pay aeon credit card without any charge..

Check again. All the redundant transactions (DR) at Payonline (16/10) had been reversed (CR) last night!

OMG...now got duplicate transaction issue with UOB payonline...really scared to use it now....is it a temporary glitch? anyone can confirm if past few days...got try and no more such issue? thanks!

Gama Supermarket & Departmental Store in Penang not entitled for Quantum Visa cashback.

Shall call CS ask for MCC code, if it falled on MCC of Groceries, Quantum Visa surely no. It only for Departmental Store.

previously back in HLB Wise threads, Gama was tested to be Departmental. not sure which area was it. refer above.

for your case in Penang, probably they split 2 MCC (grocery & departmental) like Aeon? or both section under Grocery? or else.

do call CS to ask for MCC, they can provide you without fuss.

Just called, apparently it's under Groceries, contradicting to the message you shared above from HLB Wise thread, weird. I was shopping at the Departmental floor.
