Wake up early tomorrow, see if any new transactions appear but now with CR.
I think UOB have received extra fund and discovered the technical glitch so they are reversing the transactions.
But you may end up having more cashback from Public Bank! I hope so. brows.gif

after reading from here... i also found out there were 14 dispute transactions. called them up with filled up the form.. today all the disputed transactions hv fully refund.

I’ve attached the dispute form that I received from
PBB CS. You can use that if u still yet to receive yours

Those lazy to fill form, just give them a call. Gave them a call couple days ago, today checked and transactions had been reversed. Quite efficient rclxms.gif

Hi all, I tried apply a credit card by sending the signed application form and the supporting documents to pbcs_online@publicbank.com.my, but one week passed already still no response (no email/sms), what should I do now? Call them to check?

Wait for another week. Quite slow recently.
You may call 03-21768000, IVR by keying in your IC number to check if your application is being processed or yet to be processed.

My quantum has been apprpoved. What will they use to send the card? Poslaju?

Just called them, the machine said my ic not found in the system, then connected to a CS, said that they just key in my application into the system today and will start process tmr sad.gif but at least there is some progress..

All 14 transaction reversed this morning.

Weird that Week 8 cash back to date still not credited.
