For Public Bank Quantum Mastercard and Visa cards, we can choose any date as our statement date. This information is given by Public Bank Customer Service Executive.

It is more flexible than other banks, whereby you can choose only specific dates as your statement date.

I just changed my cimb cash back platinum statement date few days ago. They only have specific dates that you can choose from. I only they have the 12th and 14th but not 13th.

I don't know what exact dates they have but I told cs I want my payment due date to be on the 2nd or 3rd so he offered me either 12th or 14th for statement date. You can try calling again.
