PB Quantum Master aka PBQM, is for online and dinning, so you may use this to pay for booking.com (hotel online booking) but no one have try yet, so you may be the first to try and report back after whether got cash back or not

Master you should give a try. for online transaction. But as we know, booking.com only secure the transaction and pay later before you check in, not charge on the spot, maybe not qualified as online transaction.

Yes，u need to settle the charge at the hotel side.

Not charge immediately upon your booking.
